	Would you like to do something new and exciting for your next special occasion? Do you need a great reason to get-together with friends? Or do you simply enjoy a delicious meal with just the right glass of wine? Paradiso invites you to join us for our one-of-a-kind winemaker’s dinners. We have carefully selected wines from around the world to bring directly to your glass. Paradiso has paired up with wineries including: Vineland, Flat Rock, Il Borro, Reif, Sokol Blosser, Masi, Tawse, Wayne Gretzky & Four Vines. A representative from the winery (proprietor or winemaker) will attend the dinner to tell you about each wine they have specially selected for your dinner. They will share a little bit about their winery and answer any of your questions. Our chefs at Paradiso have had the opportunity to taste each wine weeks in advance. A menu is then carefully created to compliment each wine and its unique characteristics. These dinners give our chefs the opportunity to be creative and explore different flavours and cuisines. Learning about wine regions and using ingredients reflective of that region is always inspiring and is sure to make for an amazing evening! Usually a four or five course meal, you will be sure to leave satisfied. ~Do not be concerned if you are not a wine connoisseur.
