	“wonderful food, atmosphere and service”
	My wife and I visited the Burlington Paradiso on a recent Thursday evening. When we arrived it was approx. 6pm and the restaurant was close to 1/3 full and by 6:30 it was completely jammed. I'm glad we went as early as we did since we were without reservations. Once inside we were promptly seated into a booth in main dining area (this would be the middle section of the restaurant) . We were facing an excellent 3-man jazz ansemble, who sounded great and were a very nice touch indeed. The soft music blended perfectly with the sound of people talking and laughing. The restaurant was very upbeat and lively with a totally intimate vibe. Super atmosphere! My wife and I ordered a Caesar salad and an order of Calamari for starters, which we shared. Both apps were very good. For the main course my wife ordered the Mushroom Cappellino and I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese. We also ordered Bruschetta to accompany our main courses. No disappointment here. It was all fabulous. We were totally satisified with everything. The food was scrumptous, the service was very professional and friendly, and the atmosphere was simply charming and welcoming. Paradiso makes one feel very much at home and totally comfortable. The price was reasonable as well. We'll visit again...no question.

	Always Great Food
	Paradiso is a hidden gem that always provides a welcoming atmosphere and has a menu that is hard to beat. We love to sit at the tables near the preparation area and watch the chefs prepare the dishes. Great wine selection and friendly staff. Highly recommend

	“Great food, great service, great venue!”
	Two of my dearest friends and I went for a holiday lunch on Dec. 29, 2011. We all ordered different items and all were absolutely delicious! The service was just right too! This is a lovely restaurant in downtown Burlington, ON. Ample parking nearby. I recommend it highly! Prices are totally perfect for what you get!!

	Excellent, Great Everything
	I held a staff luncheon for 15 based upon earlier reviews of Paradiso by trip advisor members and I am truly impressed by the accuracy of previous commentaries. My staff, as well as myself were all thoroughly satisfied. Even the concerns of two children were addressed expediently and with great consideration. Thank you Paradiso, I will definitely be back!

	Great Lunch With A Girlfriend
	This restaurant is a nice place to meet a friend for lunch. It is right down town and easy to find with excellent parking available. It is close to shops also. The interior is beautiful with interesting blown glass art and lights. The cozy booths were perfect for conversation. I had the pizza with artichoke hearts, black olives, a Gorgonzola and caper sauce and whole wheat crust. It was delicious and generous. Haley, out server was knowledgable and helpful. Because it was a late lunch we had wine and we were enjoying ourselves so we had desert and coffee. This made it a surprisingly expensive lunch but well worth the price for the unrushed and comfortable experience.

	Dinner Out
	Comment: Just wanted to say this wasn't our first visit, and won't be our last. Everything was phenomenal. Fantastic service, and food. The presentation of our dishes was stunning. Not only did the entrees look great, they tasted great! Our compliments to the chef(s) and to the entire staff, for running one of the best restaurants in the area.

	A Special Anniversary
	Comment: Came to celebrate one year to go until our wedding and could not wait to get home to post a comment! It was amazing! What we expected and more. Both meals were fantastic and brought in with perfect timing. Every staff member we interacted with was great, especially our server Aimee. We will definitely attend again and bring friends along. Thank you for kicking off our wonderful evening!

	Comment: Hi There! We just hosted my Mom's Surprise 60th birthday dinner at your facility this past Saturday, October 2. I was absolutely delighted with your staff for running and organizing such a fantastic evening. Prior to the event, I was in contact with Conrad and Amy who were excellent to deal with! Your staff that evening were Overly Accomidating, Very Well Prepared, Efficient and a Pleasure to deal with! Each course of our meal was incredibly delicious, with a great deal of positive feedback! I'm sure you will have many repeat customers from our group! My husband and I will be returning for our 1 year anniversary dinner in a few weeks. 	Comment: Just a quick note to say that last night's Winemaker's Dinner was one of the best we've ever had, and we've been coming for at least 6 years! Each and every course was spectacular in it's creation and paired beautifully with the Flat Rock wines. I even checked the website to see if you were offering it again at the Oakville location...I was prepared to drive down from London again for another feast :) Congratulations on another successful evening and I look forward to your next event.

	Anniversary Dinner
	Comment: I'm writing to compliment the consistancy of positive experience my Husband and I have had at your Burlington location. Today marks two years that we have been eating at your restaurant. We have been coming since the night of our wedding (March 7, 2010), and have been coming back for all of our special moments in life (Valentine's Day, NYE, birthdays, celebrations, etc), along with all the in between. We are both vegetarian and feel you're the only restaurant who truly cares and puts thought into the menu items (they're ALL so delicious!). We both travel a lot- my Husband travels all over the world and we both agree this is our favorite place to dine together. We appreciate that some of your employees take note that we are returning customers. I also wanted to thank you for taking our soup off of the bill tonight since it was our anniversary. Next week is my birthday and I was excited to receive the free birthday meal in my email a few weeks ago. I had already planned on spending it at your restaurant, but that was a nice gesture to remind me why you will remain our favorite place to eat and gain new memories. 	Cooking School
	Comment: What an amazing evening, from the reception at the front desk to the final goodnight I couldn't have been more impressed. I enjoyed the opportunity to work with the kitchen staff, learning little tricks and techiques to make preparation of the dishes easier and quicker. Seeing things from behind the scene made me appreciate what goes on in a working, commercial kitchen. Both Rich and Zack were both helpful and quick to complement when things were done right. I was lucky enough to be the last in the kitchen with Rich, when I was cooking the squid which was great to have him one-on-one and pick his brain was great. The recipes were simple but the food elegant, worthy of any dinner guest. I also want to compliment Shawna on the amazing job looking after us at the table, she is a credit to your establishment. I am returning, with by daughter's boyfriend for the Italy night on April 3rd, that evening has a lot to live up to, but I' confedient we will leaving happy and full. See you in a couple of weeks.
